We plan your first intake appointment when you are between 5 to 8 weeks pregnant, but if you are further along you’re still welcome at our practice of course! Before we plan your appointment, we kindly ask you to fill out the application form. If you’ve already been a client with us in the past, you can also call us to make an appointment.

Before you come to your first appointment, we recommend for you to read about the prenatal tests that are available. The reason for this being is that we will be discussing this during your consult and it will be helpful if you already know something about the subject.

Consent form
